Exchanges partner client credentials for an access token.

- PartnerTokenRequest
  - `client_id` string, required: client id for this partner
  - `client_secret` string, required
  - `scope` string: scope for this token request
  - `grant_type` string: grant type for this token request

Token issued successfully

- PartnerTokenResponse
  - `access_token` string
  - `expires_in` integer
  - `token_type` string

## Other responses

- `401`: Invalid client credentials
