# Get a service request by ID

`GET /v2/partner/service-request/{id}`

Retrieves a service request by its unique identifier. The requesting partner must be an owner of the service request.

  - `id` string, uuid, required: Unique identifier for the service request
  - `status` string, required: FHIR status of the service request
  - `intent` string, required: FHIR intent of the service request
  - `code` string, required: Code identifying the specific service or procedure requested
  - `task_business_status` string: Task business status for workflow tracking (e.g., 'Specimen collected', 'Results pending')
  - `task_description` string: Task description - free text explanation of what needs to be performed
  - `based_on` ServiceRequestReference[], required: List of FHIR resources this service request is based on
    - `type` string, required: The FHIR resource type of the referenced resource
    - `id` string, uuid, required: The unique identifier of the referenced resource
