# Post Session Message

`POST /sessions/{session_id}/messages`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://dev.whispa.net` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://dev.whispa.net/sessions/{session_id}/messages`
- Auth: one of:
  - OAuth 2
    - Password
    - Token URL: `auth/bearer/login`
  - API key in cookie `access_token`

## Path parameters

- `session_id` string, uuid, required

## Request body

- SessionMessageCreate: Payload accepted when appending messages to a session.
  - `text` string, required: Transcript text provided by the speaker
  - `speaker` string: Speaker identifier, e.g. agent or customer
  - `scenario` string, nullable: Scenario identifier for this message (database scenario name)
  - `metadata` object, nullable: Optional metadata to enrich analyzer context (e.g. call type, additional context)
  - `is_partial` boolean: True when this is an interim partial transcript (not yet committed by STT)
  - `start_time` number, nullable: Start time of first word in seconds (from stream start)
  - `end_time` number, nullable: End time of last word in seconds (from stream start)
