# Upsert Twilio Voice Config

`PUT /integrations/telephony/twilio/config`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://dev.whispa.net` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://dev.whispa.net/integrations/telephony/twilio/config`
- Auth: one of:
  - OAuth 2
    - Password
    - Token URL: `auth/bearer/login`
  - API key in cookie `access_token`

Create or update Twilio Voice configuration.

## Request body

- TwilioVoiceIntegrationConfig: Request model for Twilio Voice integration config.
  - `provider` 'twilio'
  - `enabled` boolean
  - `config` TwilioVoiceConfig, required: Autonomous-agent settings for calls carried by our own Twilio numbers. Credentials are not stored here: the agent uses the Twilio API key from the Twilio SMS integration (or ``TWILIO_*`` env).
    - `caller_id` string, required: Twilio number outbound calls are placed from
    - `public_base_url` string: Public HTTPS URL of this API, which Twilio connects call audio to (blank → API_BASE_URL)
    - `human_destination` string: Phone number callers are transferred to (blank → transfer disabled)
    - `human_queue` string: Phone number that takes outbound callers when the agent cannot continue; blank → the call closes
    - `default_region` string
    - `store_audio` boolean
