# Telephony Event Stream

`GET /integrations/telephony/events/stream`

## Request

SSE stream for telephony call events.

Used by both desktop and webapp to receive real-time call notifications.
Note: Desktop status tracking is handled separately via the heartbeat endpoint.

IMPORTANT: This endpoint uses current_active_user_no_session to avoid holding
a database connection open for the lifetime of the SSE stream. This prevents
connection pool exhaustion when many clients are connected.

Keep-alive pings are handled automatically by FastAPI's EventSourceResponse (every 15s).
