# List Agents

`POST /integrations/telephony/awsconnect/agents`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://dev.whispa.net` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://dev.whispa.net/integrations/telephony/awsconnect/agents`
- Auth: one of:
  - OAuth 2
    - Password
    - Token URL: `auth/bearer/login`
  - API key in cookie `access_token`

List agents from AWS Connect instance.

Returns agent usernames, ARNs, and display names for mapping to Whispa users.

## Request body

- AWSConnectAgentListRequest: Request to list agents from AWS Connect instance.
  - `aws_region` string, required: AWS Region
  - `instance_id` string, required: AWS Connect Instance ID
  - `aws_access_key_id` string, nullable
  - `aws_secret_access_key` string, nullable

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- AWSConnectAgent[]
  - `id` string, required: Agent ID in AWS Connect
  - `username` string, required: Agent username
  - `arn` string, required: Agent ARN
  - `first_name` string: Agent first name
  - `last_name` string: Agent last name
  - `email` string: Agent email
  - `display_name` string, required: Display name for UI
