# Host accepts or declines a proposed time

`POST /api/meetings/{id}/suggestions/{sid}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://whenmeet.me`

- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in cookie `__Host-session`

Accept moves the meeting: D1 row, the provider calendar event, and a reschedule email with a SEQUENCE-bumped ICS to all participants.

  - `action` 'accept' | 'decline', required

## Response `200`

status accepted/declined; on accept also startsAt/endsAt/eventUpdated.

## Other responses

- `403`: Caller is not the host.
- `409`: already_resolved, or booking_managed (a booking-link meeting moves via its manage link).
