# Organizer cancels a Find-a-time meeting

`POST /api/meetings/{id}/cancel`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://whenmeet.me`

- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in cookie `__Host-session`

Deletes the event on the organizer's calendar first (a failure changes nothing, 502 provider_failed), sets cancelled_at, and emails every participant an ICS METHOD:CANCEL (same UID, bumped SEQUENCE). Idempotent: a repeat answers alreadyCancelled:true and sends nothing.

## Other responses

- `403`: Caller is not the organizer.
- `409`: booking_managed (cancel via the booking), or meeting_past.
- `502`: provider_failed.
