# Set your account time zone

`PUT /api/me/timezone`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://whenmeet.me`
- URL: `https://whenmeet.me/api/me/timezone`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in cookie `__Host-session`

The one editable account zone (Settings → Time zone). Writes users.timezone and the booking profile zone together, so invite emails, booking-link hours and Find-a-time ranking use the same value.

  - `timezone` string, required: IANA zone, e.g. Europe/Warsaw

## Other responses

- `400`: invalid_body | invalid_timezone.
- `401`: unauthenticated (no session or token), or invalid_token (a Bearer token that is malformed, unknown or revoked — never a silent anonymous fallback).
