# Pipedrive: paste your personal API token (Settings → Personal preferences → API)

`PUT /api/integrations/pipedrive`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://whenmeet.me`
- URL: `https://whenmeet.me/api/integrations/pipedrive`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in cookie `__Host-session`

No app to install. The token is checked against Pipedrive’s users/me (sent in the x-api-token header, never in a URL) and stored encrypted. Each booking then finds or creates the person and logs a meeting activity, updated on cancel / reschedule. Connecting another company clears the old booking refs.

## Other responses

- `400`: invalid_token (malformed, or Pipedrive refused it).
- `401`: unauthenticated (no session or token), or invalid_token (a Bearer token that is malformed, unknown or revoked — never a silent anonymous fallback).
- `402`: plan_limit (+ used, limit): the Free plan’s 2 integrations are in use — docs/BILLING.md.
- `503`: pipedrive_unreachable (network error, 429 or 5xx — try again) | not_configured.
