PlanSummary

- object: Plan + integration usage. limit is null when unlimited (Pro, or billing not configured on this server).
  - `plan` 'free' | 'pro'
  - `billingConfigured` boolean
  - `used` integer: Integrations you own: calendars, iCloud feeds, Slack, webhook, Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce.
  - `limit` integer, nullable
  - `canAdd` boolean
  - `priceUsd` integer
  - `hasCustomer` boolean

## Other responses

- `401`: unauthenticated (no session or token), or invalid_token (a Bearer token that is malformed, unknown or revoked — never a silent anonymous fallback).
