# Publish the group to the world, or take it back; publish its Finance with it (owner only)

`PUT /groups/{groupId}/publication`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://whatareyoudo.ing/api/v1`

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Published: anybody, with or without an account, reads what the group's members can read, and search engines index it. Diaries kept to their creator stay private, and Finance stays with the members unless publicFinance is set. The Public Square is always published.
