# List active members, cursor-paginated. A member with group-visibility off (issue #92) has identity fields redacted to null for everyone but themselves — and is not matched by \`q\`, since a redacted row appearing in a name search would confirm the name the redaction hides (issue #880). For a \`system\` group (e.g. Public Square), only members with a display name or a username are listed, and \`pagination.totalCount\` carries the group's real member count so a client can say how many were left out (issue #1514).
