# Pair two accounts by hand (moderators)

`POST /admin/exchange/pairs`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://whatareyoudo.ing/api/v1`
- URL: `https://whatareyoudo.ing/api/v1/admin/exchange/pairs`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Moderators only (profiles.is_moderator). The queue's rules, refused out loud with EXCHANGE_PAIR_NOT_ALLOWED: both must be accounts with current consent and a verified phone number, neither in an exchange, not blocking each other (by account or phone number), never paired before, and each allowed by the other's safety settings. `locale` defaults to the language either of them queued in.
