`POST /draft_trips/{trip_uuid}/itineraries`

Create Overview Event

  - `data` CreateItinerary: Create Overview Event
    - `title` string, required: Allows you to set the title of the overview event
    - `name` string, required: Allows you to set the name of the overview event
    - `description` string: Allows you to set the description of the itinerary event. This field allows HTML tags(b, i, a) for better formatting.
    - `photo_url` string, required: Allows you to set the image URL of the itinerary event
