# Remove ELT Destination

`DELETE /elt_destinations/{id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://connect.weld.app`
- URL: `https://connect.weld.app/elt_destinations/{id}`
- Auth: API key in header `x-api-key`

Beta. Remove an ELT Destination from the account. Refused while an ELT Sync still loads into it, unless `force_remove` also removes it from those ELT Syncs. The data already in the destination is left as it is.

## Path parameters

- `id` string, required

## Query parameters

- `force_remove` boolean

## Response `204`

The ELT Destination has been removed.

## Other responses

- `400`: An ELT Sync still loads into the ELT Destination and `force_remove` is not set.
- `404`: ELT Destination not found.
