# Places Search

`POST /search/places`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.weblens.dev`
- URL: `https://api.weblens.dev/search/places`
- Auth: API key in header `Payment-Signature`

Local business search via Google Local. Returns names, addresses, ratings, reviews, phone numbers, websites, and coordinates. Price: $0.045.

## Request body

- object
  - `query` string, required: What to search for, e.g. "coffee shops"
  - `location` string: Free-text location bias, e.g. "Austin, Texas"
  - `limit` number: Maximum results to return

## Response `200`

Local businesses: address, rating, reviews, phone, coordinates.

## Other responses

- `400`: The body failed validation
- `402`: Payment required — x402 v2 protocol. Parse the PAYMENT-REQUIRED response header (base64-encoded JSON), sign the payment with your wallet, then retry the request with the Payment-Signature request header.
