`GET /feedback/{id}`

Serves a hosted feedback document verbatim — the bytes are exactly what was hashed, so keccak-256 of this response equals the feedbackHash returned by POST /feedback. This URL is the feedbackURI.

  - `proofOfPayment` string: e.g. the X-Receipt-Url of the paid call
