- UserGroup[]
  - `id` integer — the id of UserGroup
  - `userId` integer — the UserGroup
  - `RoleId` integer — the roleId of UserGroup
  - `GroupId` integer — the GroupId of UserGroup
  - `remarks` string — the remarks UserGroup
  - `enableFlag` integer — Whether the data is valid

- `401` — Unauthorized
- `404` — Model with the given ID not found.
