# Create the four starter templates

`POST /support/templates/starters`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.web2wave.com/api`
- URL: `https://api.web2wave.com/api/support/templates/starters`
- Auth: API key in header `api_key`

Default message, Out of hours, Follow-up and Closing — the slots of auto replies. Safe to repeat: existing ones are reused. Owner and Administrators only. Returns `defaults`: slot → template id.

## Headers

- `api_key` string, required
- `X-Web2wave-Project-Id` string

## Response `200`

`defaults`: `{ after_reply, off_hours, follow_up, close }` → template ids

## Other responses

- `403`: Not Owner / Administrator
