# New messages and notes of a conversation

`GET /support/conversations/{id}/messages`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.web2wave.com/api`
- URL: `https://api.web2wave.com/api/support/conversations/{id}/messages`
- Auth: API key in header `api_key`

Returns only what is newer than the given ids — the cheap way to follow a conversation. Up to 100 messages and 100 notes per call.

- `after_message_id` integer
- `after_note_id` integer
- `include_html` boolean

## Headers

- `api_key` string, required
- `X-Web2wave-Project-Id` string

## Response `200`

`timeline` (new items), `last_message_id` and `last_note_id` to pass next time, and the current `conversation`

- `404`: Not found
