# Reschedule a scheduled version

`PATCH /versions/{versionId}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://studio.weaverse.io/api/v1/content`
- URL: `https://studio.weaverse.io/api/v1/content/versions/{versionId}`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Moves a scheduled publication to a new time. Only the time changes; the content that will go live stays the same.

- `publishAt` must be in the future, otherwise 400.
- The version must still be `SCHEDULED`. If it already published or was cancelled, the response is 409 `CONFLICT` and nothing changes.
- An unknown version, or one outside this project, is 404.

Send `projectId` and `type` in the body.

Required scope: `content:publish`

- `400`: publishAt not in the future
- `401`: Missing or invalid credentials
- `403`: Foreign project or missing scope (INSUFFICIENT_SCOPE)
- `404`: Not found (never discloses other tenants), including a version that no longer exists
- `409`: CONFLICT: the version is no longer scheduled; nothing was changed
