# Stores the JPEG the stage editor captured for a chapter and returns the scene with its new \`thumbnailPath\` (WE-3220).

Fixed `RequestSizeLimit` rather than `ConfigurableRequestSizeLimit`: the configurable
limits are per-environment settings and the base value of `Small` is 0. A 480px JPEG is
tens of KB; the validator caps the file at 1 MiB and this caps the multipart body at 2 MiB.
