# Create a Transaction

`POST /transactions`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.sandbox.waza.co/payouts/v1`

This endpoint is used for Initiating funds transfer to beneficiaries.

    - `account_number` string, required: Account number of beneficiary e.g. 123400001
    - `bank_code` string, required: e.g.000014

    - `invoiceId` string: e.g. Payment from APP
  - `customer_reference` string, required: uniquely generated reference for transaction
  - `description` string, required: e.g. purpose of payment

    - `send_amount` string: in the lowest denomination i.e. cents, kobo
