# List opted-out phone numbers

`GET /v3/messages/opt-outs`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.wavix.com`
- URL: `https://api.wavix.com/v3/messages/opt-outs`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Returns a paginated list of phone numbers that have opted out of receiving messages from the authenticated account.

## Query parameters

- `sender_id` string
- `campaign_id` string
- `created_after` string, date
- `created_before` string, date
- `page` integer
- `per_page` integer

## Response `200`

Returns a paginated list of opted-out phone numbers.

- OptOutsListResponse
  - `items` OptOutItem[]: Opt-out records that match the request.
    - `phone_number` string: Opted-out phone number.
    - `sender_id` string, nullable: Sender ID. Contains `null` if the phone number opted out of all messages.
    - `campaign_id` string, nullable: 10DLC campaign ID, if any.
    - `created_at` string, date-time: Opt-out date and time in ISO 8601 format.
  - `pagination` Pagination
    - `current_page` integer, required: Current page number.
    - `per_page` integer, required: Number of records per page.
    - `total` integer, required: Total number of records.
    - `total_pages` integer, required: Total number of pages.

## Other responses

- `400`: Request failed. Missing or invalid parameter <param_name>
- `401`: Unauthorized
- `403`: Request failed. The feature is disabled for your account.
- `422`: Validation error
