# Mint a short-lived, org-scoped read token for the internal telemetry project (any member of the org; the token reads only that org's rows)

`POST /v1/orgs/{org_id}/telemetry-token`

  - API key in cookie `whc_session`
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`

  - `base_url` string, required: the tenant origin to point the SDK client at
  - `expires_at` string, date-time, required
  - `project_id` string, required
  - `token` string, required: HS256 bearer token; flat claims, role customer, scoped to this org

## Other responses

- `429`: Rate limited, per client IP, API key or org; a client IP is also refused on every route for a while after repeated authentication failures. A limited operation carries RateLimit-Policy and RateLimit on every response; wait Retry-After seconds before retrying.
- `default`: Error
