# Who the org's billing emails go to (owner/admin)

`GET /v1/orgs/{org_id}/billing/contacts`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.wavehouse.cloud`
- URL: `https://api.wavehouse.cloud/v1/orgs/{org_id}/billing/contacts`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in cookie `whc_session`
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`

Invoices, failed payments and every other billing email go to these addresses. With none set they are the org's owners (`default`).

- `org_id` string, required

## Response `200`

OK

- BillingContactsView
  - `contacts` BillingContactView[], required: primary first
    - `email` string, required
    - `primary` boolean, required: listed first; exactly one is. Every billing email goes to every contact alike
  - `default` boolean, required: true: the org has set none, so these are its owners and follow its membership
  - `max` integer, required: how many addresses the list may hold

## Other responses

- `429`: Rate limited, per client IP, API key or org; a client IP is also refused on every route for a while after repeated authentication failures. A limited operation carries RateLimit-Policy and RateLimit on every response; wait Retry-After seconds before retrying.
- `default`: Error
