# Download a conversation's block snapshot

`GET /agent/conversations/{conversationId}/block-snapshot`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://app.warp.dev/api/v1`
- URL: `https://app.warp.dev/api/v1/agent/conversations/{conversationId}/block-snapshot`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Redirect to a signed storage URL for the serialized block snapshot.
Set redirect=false to return the URL as JSON instead. Both modes require
permission to view the conversation.

## Path parameters

- `conversationId` string, required

## Query parameters

- `redirect` boolean

## Response `200`

Signed download URL when redirect=false

- PresignedDownloadResponse
  - `url` string, required: Temporary signed storage URL. Fetch without Warp API headers or credentials.

## Other responses

- `307`: Redirect to the signed storage URL (default)
- `400`: Conversation format does not support block snapshots
- `401`: Authentication required
- `403`: No permission to view the conversation
- `404`: Conversation or snapshot not found
- `500`: Internal server error
