Returns SEC 8-K filings filtered by company, ticker, date range, or item type. Item 2.05 = restructuring/layoffs, Item 1.03 = bankruptcy. Filter by `ticker` (e.g. TSLA), `company` (partial name), `start`/`end` dates (YYYY-MM-DD), or `items` (e.g. '2.05'). Strong signal when a company appears in both this endpoint and /api/records.
