Unsubscribe an outreach recipient. Requires token.

POST only: the confirmation page's button and mailbox one-click
(`List-Unsubscribe-Post: List-Unsubscribe=One-Click`, RFC 8058) both land
here. Idempotent. Suppression is persisted and any queued research
follow-up for the address is cancelled in the same transaction.
