`GET /api/company/{company_name}/full`

## Request

Full cross-dataset history for a company: WARN, LCA, H-1B, SEC, bankruptcy.

This returns, in one unauthenticated call, the same data sold as the
H-1B/LCA ($399), SEC ($149) and Bankruptcy ($99) one-time products and as
the Pro tier's dataset access -- up to 10,000 LCA rows and 5,000 H-1B rows
per company. With ~968 company slugs published in our own sitemap, the
paid corpus is enumerable by anyone.

Gating is behind COMPANY_FULL_GATED (default off) rather than simply
switched on, because no caller inside this repo uses this endpoint --
checked: no dashboard page, no MCP tool, no generator -- so its only
consumers are external, and their usage is only visible on production.
Check before flipping it:

When on, each block is included only if the caller's tier covers it, using
the same tier_datasets() mapping as the rest of the API. Blocks the caller
is not entitled to are omitted and named in "upgrade_required".
