# List inbox conversations

`GET /inbox/conversations`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://warmysender.com/api/v1`
- URL: `https://warmysender.com/api/v1/inbox/conversations`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Your Unified Inbox: replies to your cold emails plus LinkedIn, Instagram and WhatsApp chats, newest first, in one feed. Each row says who the conversation is with, what was last said and by whom, whether it needs a reply, the campaign it came from and the mailbox or account on your side. Filter to one channel, to conversations that need a reply, to unread ones, by status, sentiment, campaign, mailbox, connected account or prospect, or search by name, address, company, subject and last message. Cursor paginated. Reading never spends any sending limit.

Required scope: `campaigns:read`.

Returns a cursor-paginated list — pass `cursor` from the previous page to continue.

needs_reply is true when the contact wrote last and the conversation is open — closing it, snoozing it, or labelling it out-of-office or spam clears it; a new message from the contact brings it back.

last_message_from is "them" or "you", so an agent can tell a reply from its own send without reading the thread.

Chats older than 30 days are listed only when you search; email threads have no such window.

Reading the inbox never marks anything as read and never spends a LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp or email sending limit.

## Other responses

- `400`: `validation_error` — A filter, the limit or the cursor is not valid. The message says which.
- `401`: `unauthorized` — Missing or invalid API key.
- `403`: `insufficient_scope` — The API key lacks the scope this endpoint requires.
- `429`: `rate_limited` — Too many requests — slow down and retry after the Retry-After delay.
