Get a dataset object.

  - `digest` string, required — The digest of the dataset object
  - `version_index` integer, required — The version index of the object
  - `created_at` string, date-time, required — When the object was created
  - `name` string, required — The name of the dataset
  - `description` string, nullable — Description of the dataset
  - `rows` string, required — Reference to the dataset rows data
