# Get a file download link

`GET /files/{id}/download-link/`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.wafeq.com/v1`

- Auth: API key in header `Authorization`

Get a five-minute signed link to download this organization file. Requires the same API access as reading files.

## Path parameters

- `id` string, required

## Response `200`

- ApiV1FileDownloadLink: A short-lived link to download the original bytes of an organization file.
  - `url` string, uri, required: Signed HTTPS download URL, valid for five minutes. Treat it as a temporary credential.
