Vulnerabilities whose description is nearest to this one in the CIRCL ATT&CK bi-encoder space, by plain cosine, best first. A similarity search with no measured accuracy, not a classification. The search runs on the vulnerability's stored vector when it is indexed (`query.by` is `id`); otherwise its description is embedded on the fly (`query.by` is `text`, `query.indexed` is false). `query.id` is the identifier the record is indexed under.
