# Count the catalogue per year, or per month within one year

`GET /euvd/stats/count`

## Request

- Base URL: `/api` (relative, and the document was published on a file host, not at the API’s origin)
- URL: `/api/euvd/stats/count`
- Auth: API key in header `X-API-KEY`

## Query parameters

- `granularity` 'year' | 'month'
- `period` string

## Response `200`

Success.

- EUVDStatsCount
  - `available` boolean: False when the counters have never been prepared; counts is then empty.
  - `counts` object: Period (YYYY or YYYY-MM) -> record count.
  - `granularity` string: year or month.

## Other responses

- `400`: The request could not be satisfied.
