Read relationship truth for one target; performs no write, LLM call, or send. scope='team' also surfaces current company members' ties (owner named, tier only — their evidence stays private).

  - `scope` 'mine' | 'team': 'mine' evaluates only your own relationship evidence. 'team' (VRU-776) also surfaces consenting teammates' ties with the owner named — you see that a tie exists and its tier, never their evidence; teammate results carry no actions.
