# Edit a gift card

`PATCH /gift_cards/{gift_card_id}`

## Request

## Request body

  - `gift_card_total` string: Set the total amount for a gift card.
  - `date_expire` string, date-time, nullable: Set an expiration date for the gift card.
  - `gift_card_active` boolean: Set a gift cards active status.
  - `gift_card_notes` string: Apply note to the history for this gift card.
