# Vote on a post

`POST /posts/{postId}/votes`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://app.voteship.app/api/v1`
- URL: `https://app.voteship.app/api/v1/posts/{postId}/votes`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Add a vote to a feature request. Each user can only vote once per post.

## Path parameters

- `postId` string, required

## Request body

  - `boardUserId` string: ID of a registered board user
  - `anonymousId` string: Anonymous identifier (if no board user)
