List Zelle withdrawal transactions for the account within a specified date range.

  - `Success` boolean, required: True if the request was successful, false if it failed
  - `ErrorMessage` string, required: Contains a description of the error if the request failed

  - `ZelleTransactions` object, required: Array serialized as a JSON object (JSON_FORCE_OBJECT): numeric string keys '0','1',... Empty {} when no items. Collection of Zelle withdrawal transactions

      - `TransactionID` string, required: Unique identifier for the transaction
      - `TransactionDateTime` string, required: Date and time the transaction was created
      - `Amount` string, required: Transaction amount formatted to 2 decimal places
