Soft-delete a tokenized Zelle recipient so it is no longer returned or usable.

  - `Key` string, required: API key for the account
  - `Signature` string, required: Hashed signature for the request
  - `ZelleToken` string, required: Token of the Zelle recipient to delete

## Response `200`

  - `Success` boolean, required: True if the request was successful, false if it failed
  - `ErrorMessage` string, required: Contains a description of the error if the request failed
