# partner/tickets

`GET /partner/tickets`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://earthnode-dev.vopay.com/api/v2`

This endpoint is used to fetch a list of support tickets via our API. If no email address is passed in then it will fetch all tickets for the account. If an email address is passed in, it will fetch all tickets for the account that have been submitted, including CC'd, by that email.

## Response `200`

- object
  - `Success` boolean, required: True if the request was successful, false if it failed
  - `ErrorMessage` string, required: Contains a description of the error if the request failed
  - `Tickets` object, required: Array serialized as a JSON object (JSON_FORCE_OBJECT): numeric string keys '0','1',... Collection of tickets. Empty {} when no tickets match.
    - `0` object
      - `id` string, required: ID of the ticket.
      - `subject` string, required: The subject of the ticket.
      - `status` string, nullable, required: The status of the ticket.
      - `dateAdded` string, required: The date when the ticket was added.
      - `lastUpdated` string, required: The date when the ticket was last updated.
  - `Pagination` object, required: Pagination metadata
    - `TotalRecords` string, required: Total number of eLinx records in that search range.
    - `Offset` string, required: Use this parameter to set the starting point in the dataset.
    - `Limit` string, required: Limit the number of records that are returned.
