`GET /partner/partners/status-summary`

This endpoint returns per-status counts of the partner accounts created by the calling partner. Requires the PartnerCreationEnabled permission.

## Response `200`

- object
  - `Success` boolean, required: True if the request was successful, false if it failed
  - `ErrorMessage` string, required: Contains a description of the error if the request failed
  - `TotalPartnerAccounts` integer, required: Total number of partner accounts created by the caller, including those with no status yet.
  - `StatusCounts` object, required: Map of partner account status to the number of partner accounts in that status. One integer key per AccountStatus value, zeros included: Pre-Application Check, Account Review and Validation, Sales Manager Approval, Agreement Pending, Application Pending, Setup Fee Pending, Underwriting, Underwriting Review, Credit Risk Review, Account Provisioning, Certification Pending, Active, Disabled, Rejected, Implementation Fee Pending, Manager Approval.
    - `Pre-Application Check` integer, required: Number of partner accounts in the Pre-Application Check status.
    - `Account Review and Validation` integer, required: Number of partner accounts in the Account Review and Validation status.
    - `Sales Manager Approval` integer, required: Number of partner accounts in the Sales Manager Approval status.
    - `Agreement Pending` integer, required: Number of partner accounts in the Agreement Pending status.
    - `Application Pending` integer, required: Number of partner accounts in the Application Pending status.
    - `Setup Fee Pending` integer, required: Number of partner accounts in the Setup Fee Pending status.
    - `Underwriting` integer, required: Number of partner accounts in the Underwriting status.
    - `Underwriting Review` integer, required: Number of partner accounts in the Underwriting Review status.
    - `Credit Risk Review` integer, required: Number of partner accounts in the Credit Risk Review status.
    - `Account Provisioning` integer, required: Number of partner accounts in the Account Provisioning status.
    - `Certification Pending` integer, required: Number of partner accounts in the Certification Pending status.
    - `Active` integer, required: Number of partner accounts in the Active status.
    - `Disabled` integer, required: Number of partner accounts in the Disabled status.
    - `Rejected` integer, required: Number of partner accounts in the Rejected status.
    - `Implementation Fee Pending` integer, required: Number of partner accounts in the Implementation Fee Pending status.
    - `Manager Approval` integer, required: Number of partner accounts in the Manager Approval status.
