## Response `200`

text/event-stream. Events: hello, auction_published (zone, delivery_date, period_count, detected_at, prices_url), heartbeat every 15s. Connections are time-boxed to 20 minutes (retry hint provided) and concurrency-capped; use webhooks for reliable fan-out.
