Pro/Scale. wind/solar_forecast_mw (TSO A69), wind/solar_voltcast_mw with q10-q90 bands (our model), actuals from A75, and a trailing 30d verification block scoring BOTH forecasts against actuals on identical slots (voltcast_beats_tso, improvement_pct).
