# Forward a message

`POST /v1/inboxes/{inboxId}/messages/{emailId}/forward`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.volanea.com`
- URL: `https://api.volanea.com/v1/inboxes/{inboxId}/messages/{emailId}/forward`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Sends the message's content to someone else, with an optional note above it. Attachments are not forwarded yet.

## Response `201`

Sent, queued, or scheduled.

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing or invalid API key.
- `404`: Not found.
- `422`: Request validation failed (code `validation_error`, 422).
- `429`: Rate, quota, or shared-domain new-recipient limit reached.
