# Download an attachment

`GET /v1/inboxes/{inboxId}/messages/{emailId}/attachments/{attachmentId}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.volanea.com`
- URL: `https://api.volanea.com/v1/inboxes/{inboxId}/messages/{emailId}/attachments/{attachmentId}`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

The attachment's bytes, as a download. Refused (403 `attachment_blocked`) on mail labeled `virus`.

## Response `200`

The file.

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing or invalid API key.
- `403`: Blocked: the message was flagged as carrying a virus.
- `404`: Not found.
- `422`: Request validation failed (code `validation_error`, 422).
