# Delete all events with this name

`DELETE /v1/events/{name}`

## Request

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Irreversible. System event names (`email.`/`contact.`/`segment.`/`workflow.` prefixes) are reserved and can't be deleted.

## Response `200`

How many events were removed.

  - `removed` integer

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing or invalid API key.
- `422`: Request validation failed (code `validation_error`, 422).
