# Discover custom contact fields

`GET /v1/contacts/fields`

## Request

Every key seen across contacts' `data` objects, with how many contacts have it set — for building segment filter pickers dynamically.

## Response `200`

Custom fields with counts.

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing or invalid API key.
- `422`: Request validation failed (code `validation_error`, 422).
