# List manual do-not-call numbers plus indexed automatic 30-day blocks; a pre-1.8.0 block may be absent

`GET /v1/dnc`

The manual list (`numbers`) plus auto-blocked destinations (`blocked`) - `blockedAt` and `expiresAt` are Unix milliseconds. An automatic block that started before version 1.8.0 may be absent from `blocked`; when a call returns `destination_auto_blocked`, call the unblock endpoint directly with that number even without a row in the list.

## Response `200`

Manual DNC numbers and indexed automatic blocks. A block from before 1.8.0 may be absent; unblock it directly by e164 after destination_auto_blocked.

  - `blocked` object[], required: Destinations under the automatic 30-day block after repeated failed calls - separate from the manual do-not-call numbers above. Unblock one early with POST /v1/dnc/{e164}/unblock.
    - `e164` string, required
    - `blockedAt` number, required: Unix ms timestamp when the automatic block started.
    - `expiresAt` number, required: Unix ms timestamp when the automatic block expires on its own, unless unblocked first.
